Hannah Nealy is an Oregon native, born and raised in Eugene, Oregon (Go Ducks!). She went to Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, majoring in Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Sciences; she focused on elementary education and child development. During this time, she was a swim instructor and lifeguard for the City of Eugene. After she graduated with her two Bachelor’s degrees in 2017, she was a Recreation Activity Employee for the City of Eugene, overseeing both lifeguard and swim instructors in her role.
In 2019, Hannah moved to Portland and went back to school to pursue her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as pursue a reading endorsement. She also started working at a preschool in southwest Portland. Hannah enjoys doing things outside, including hiking, kayaking, and camping. She lives in southwest Portland with a roommate and a cat named Elsa. She is excited to join the Tucker Maxon team this year as an elementary school teacher.
