Facility Rental

Tucker Maxon’s gymnasium is great for birthday parties, meetings, athletic practices and exercise classes.

Pricing

• Location: Gym and playground = $400
• Cleaning Fee: $50
• Deposit: To hold your date, a $125 deposit is required. This amount will be refunded if all conditions are met.
• Total Cost: $575
• The rental fee covers a three-hour block, and your setup and cleanup time should be included within those hours.

Additional fees:

• If you need extra time, each additional hour is $100.
• The sound system and projector are available for a $75 flat fee and will be operated by Tucker Maxon staff.

A Tucker Maxon employee is assigned to each event to facilitate set-up and take down, organization, and assistance. The employee will remain on site for the entire event. Event set-up/clean-up time are included with your booking time.

Insurance Requirement

If you are renting the Tucker Maxon gym for a private event, you are responsible for obtaining liability insurance coverage for the rental.

You may contact your existing insurance provider to see if your policy provides appropriate coverage. If you do not have coverage, you can purchase a short-term special event liability policy specifically for the day of your event.

Please provide Tucker Maxon with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing the required coverage before your rental date. All arrangements and costs associated with obtaining insurance are the responsibility of the renter.
