Alexandra Charlap brings twenty years of nonprofit and administrative experience to her role as Operations and Enrollment Manager at Tucker Maxon. She has worked with public gardens, conservation organizations, and community programs, leading and supporting teams, managing operations, and building meaningful connections along the way.

In her role, Alex ensures the school runs smoothly behind the scenes while guiding new families through the enrollment process with warmth and care. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where students, parents, and staff feel supported and connected.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys gardening, nature photography, and finding creative ways to bring people together through community and shared experiences. She is delighted to be part of the Tucker Maxon family and looks forward to supporting its mission and students.
