John has a long history with Tucker Maxon as his son David was a student in the early intervention and pre-school programs in the late 80’s and early 90’s. John is a Certified Financial Planner® and president of Lenz Financial Group with offices in Portland, Eugene and Boise, ID.

John has been married for 35 years, is the father of four children and grandfather of five. Outside of work he enjoys spending time at the beach, skiing, backpacking, and DIY home repair and remodeling with his wife and kids. John is also good at trivia games.
