Effective March 30. Mohammed brings over 20 years of leadership experience across various business segments, including seven years in non-profits and eight years leading teams in higher education. He is an accomplished operations and finance executive, recognized for collaborating effectively with internal and external partners, fostering open communication, and supporting diverse leadership teams. As a servant leader, he is committed to team success and advancing our mission.
Most recently, he was a senior executive at the Portland Art Museum, where he managed the largest budget and staff and played a key role in a $120 million construction project.
During the interview process, he showed a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to making Tucker Maxon a leading school and an excellent workplace. Born and raised in Fiji, he moved here in the early 1990s. Outside of work, Mohammed enjoys time with his family and visiting his two sons, who are freshmen at the University of Oregon. He has been coaching sports in Hillsboro since 2015.
