To all Potential Exhibitors:

On behalf of Boeing Portland, we would like to offer you an invitation to participate as an exhibitor in this year’s Employee Community Fun Fair & Family Day.

The Ultimate Goal for the “Future’s So Bright” ECF Fair and Family Day is to show the employees and family members of Boeing that the future of a healthier & safer lifestyle can be a fun and exciting adventure. We also want to motivate all in attendance and expose them to community services and businesses that can improve their quality of living.

Please note, this event is incorporated with the Boeing Family Day this year so family members will be in attendance as well employees and is on a SATURDAY. Please have your booth as interactive as possible to ensure participation from the employees and their children/family.

We have assured Boeing that all exhibitors will arrive 60 minutes prior to the event and STAY FOR THE DURATION as ALL of our reputations are built on reliability and professionalism.

please call us at 503-646-6992. ***Due to the popularity of this event, we are asking that you respond quickly to
ensure a booth.

***Also, Boeing is a secure site and whoever is going to be attending the event needs to fill out the badging form (also attached) but isn’t due until July 13th, if you already know who is going to be attending feel free to send it back with your registration form. Thank you.
